GiftHulk is another site where you perform searches, watch videos, enter codes, do surveys and do tasks and you end up with points. They have recently upgraded their whole format and I can see that it is much much easier to earn points from this site now. I recommend this new GiftHulk, it feels better, and easier to earn points. I have found a few interesting ways to make money on the internet and I want to share them with you in case you are interested in making some extra cash also.
I have found that Swagbucks is the best rewards site out there! I read this great sig line, "If you're not on Swagbucks, you're crazy!" thought it was funny and cute and yup, it's true! If you're not on Swagbucks, you're crazy! This is an easy way to get Swagbucks, which are points and you can trade them in for giftcards or Paypal. I plan on using Swagbucks exclusively to get my gifts for Christmas (goal #1) I figure I need $600 for this, so, that translates to 60,000 sb. I will see how this goes. I am almost half way to my goal now.
I go on Swagbucks everyday. I have downloaded the toolbar which gives me 1 bux, I answer a poll question, and go through their special offers. Total 4 points.
I watch Swagbucks TV which after 10 videos, I get 3 swagbucks. You can do this 50 X per day for a total of 150 bucks. I am not saying stay on the computer all day, but, if you are on the computer anyway, this is a little extra to help you. Goals for this blog:
I want to find as many ways I can to make extra money for Christmas and for some purchases I have in mind for early next year, and I will use this blog to track my earnings and how close I am to my goals.
I have 3 major purchases in mind.
Christmas gifts (approx $600 is needed)
hospital lottery ticket purchases for 2014
groceries for Jan-June 2014
I have much much bigger bills that need money and attention, but, I feel that I need to start somewhere and these goals can help me to build a foundation to accomplishing other goals for 2014. (let's see how many more times I can use the word goals before this post is done!)

I want to get $400 from a combination of "free" money, gift cards, and coupons and see if I can get groceries for 6 months (January 2014-June 2014). I am looking for frozen foods, bulk items, sales, overages, coupons, points, and basically, some smart shopping to see if I can accomplish this goal. I will not be buying fresh fruits and veggies with this, and anything that has a short shelf life. I will discuss this goal more later.
